I just noticed that FISQ was dropped from black-out. Many FISQ members just found out that the corp will be dissolved soon. Are any of the black-out corps willing to take any of the former FISQ members in or are we to ship out and move along?

Any of the FISQ guys that have been hanging out in 0.0 are very welcome to apply to any B-O corp. Please see the relevant corp forums for their individual recruiting procedures.

Because after joining B-O we found that we cant motivate our pilots to participate and move to PS, mostly due to the fact that in reference to the space we have lived in in the past its quite a barren place in terms of mining and ratting besides that the PVP was a bit lacking in our eyes. The arguments that exploration etc would cover that are ridiculous as the small amount of systems need to be shared with way too many people. The roaming gangs B-O tries to organise are nice but not the high paced alliance warfare we have come to get used to over the past year and it felt a bit as a bad knockoff of our former actions.

We found that a lot of our base members with the skills and knowledge that has helped us progress and keep on going we're doubting their FISQ membership mostly based on B-O. The ceo and me looked at the base line and we concluded that we dont have the time to move to yet another alliance or try and make something of this one. Because to be honest at this time B-O needs some firm leadership and not the everybody attempts something without anyone knowing whats really going on style that seems to be prevailing at this moment.

We offered a large chunk of the hardcore members a place in goonswarm, through some good contacts we have had (and still have) in there. Some accepted others moved to other places. Its definite that we wont be around B-O though, if any of our members wish to stay in B-O I can whole hartedly recommend them to the corp they wish to join. But I wont recommend our members to join B-O in itself, you guys need to straighten yourselfs out internally more and and get rid of the "yet another stk-s alliance" name.

A bit harsh I feel as its early days for the alliance and considering the enormous job it is to run it - things are improving all the time in terms of people participation goals being set and plans laid.

I think with some patience your corp could have been part of something good in times to come so sorry to see you choose other paths but hey thats life .
